Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we focus on your personal story — how you got to where you are, what patterns have shaped your life, and what needs to change. This is a space where you can speak openly and honestly, without shame or fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore the emotional roots of your behaviors, identify triggers, and work toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re just beginning to acknowledge your struggles or have been in recovery for some time, individual therapy helps you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and begin to heal.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to connect with others who truly understand your experience.
In a supportive and confidential environment, we’ll explore key concepts such as the addiction cycle, triggers, and relapse prevention. You’ll learn to recognize the emotional and behavioral patterns behind your addiction while building skills for emotional intimacy, accountability, and long-term recovery. The group provides both structure and empathy — a place where you can be challenged and supported by others who are walking a similar path.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners begin to rebuild after the devastation of betrayal.
We start with the basics: how to talk to each other again, how to express feelings safely, and how to create space for honesty and repair. A key focus is helping the addicted partner develop empathy for the pain their behaviors have caused, while supporting the partner in expressing their hurt, anger, and fears. Over time, we work on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and navigating the complex emotional landscape of healing together.
