My work integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual or couple. I draw on evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed methods, and work collaboratively and flexibly rather than from a one-size-fits-all model. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on creating meaningful and lasting change.
Sexual Addiction & Compulsive Behaviors (CSAT / CMAT)
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT). I work with individuals and couples dealing with compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography use, infidelity, and related relational and emotional impacts. My approach focuses on understanding underlying patterns, building healthier coping strategies, and supporting long-term recovery, accountability, and repair.
Couples Therapy – Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. EFT is a research-based approach that helps partners understand negative interaction cycles, strengthen emotional connection, and create safer, more secure relationships. I work with couples experiencing conflict, distance, trust issues, or major life transitions.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
I am trained in trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or adverse life experiences, helping them process painful memories, reconnect with their bodies, and develop a greater sense of safety, stability, and self-regulation.
Integrative & Body-Based Approach
Across all areas of my work, I integrate emotional, cognitive, and somatic (body-based) perspectives. I pay close attention to how experiences are held in both mind and body, and tailor therapy to meet each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.
