Sex addiction is much more common than people realize, and often leads to devastating consequences. But healing is possible, and within reach.
I work with individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, as well as with partners who have been impacted by betrayal, secrecy, or relational trauma. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both structure and compassion.
With clients facing sex addiction or problematic sexual behaviors, therapy focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, reducing shame, and building sustainable tools for change. With partners, the work centers on safety, stabilization, emotional processing, and reclaiming trust in oneself — whether the goal is relational repair or individual healing.
With 20 years of clinical experience, I draw on evidence-based approaches including CSAT- and CMAT-informed addiction treatment, trauma therapy (including EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapy), and EFT-based relational work. Therapy is collaborative and paced carefully, respecting where you are and what feels possible at each stage.
Above all, my aim is to create a space that feels grounded, non-judgmental, and clear — a place where difficult experiences can be named, understood, and worked through, rather than managed alone.
